I am your average 20 year old trying to find out who I am in this world. I have a wonderful family and amazing friends. But on the inside my weight has always held me back. I currently at this moment weight 208 and when I tell people that , they dont believe me and say I don't look like I weigh that much, but I blame that on my height. Its like a smokin mirror that distorts the way I look from how much I weight, at least thats how I feel.And I know some people may look at me and think that I dont need to lose anything, but inside I see and feel something completly diffrent, and in the end its not about what others think, its about how you personally feel. Thats what should matter, so with that im finally ready to tell the extra pounds to move the heck on because I want to be happy with myself. So with each new day I will look at with new eyes, when I fall of the wagon. I will pick myself up and dust off the pity or frustration. Its time for me to be a much happier person, and I hope that I can no I know that I can accomplish my goal of Losing 73 pounds in a year, its all about Motivation, Perseverance, Eating alot better, and Friggin Exercising. :) So Im saying bye bye to the old fat/unhealthy me and Hello to the Fit/Dynamite body that awaits me.
Well basically my whole life Ive always been heavier set then most girls, my mom always used to say ur just big boned but inside all i would hear was fat, I just turned 20 this April and decide by my 21st birthday I wanted to be a totally new and improved me, Unfortunatly I hit a major plateau and stopped eating right and never worked out and my body and mind took the hit. so I set a new goal to lose 73 pounds by July 17,2012. So basically a whole year. And Im motivated and I will not give up like I have in the past. Hopefully with the help of SparkPeople I can do myself this amazing favor and gift by becoming healthier.
I am currently going to the gym 5x a week.with at least 45mins of Cardio , and following Cardio is strength training. As far as food habits, i desperately need help with the cravings for sweets, its a bad habit I need to break lol .
