i know how you feel, i am carving some vases, the cake knife set and the champagne flutes for my cousins wedding in Oct, I would love to lose at LEAST 30 lbs by then more would be better but i will take what i can get. how are you doing? You have been quiet for a couple of days, thought I would see how you are doing? staying on program? journaling? exercising? I got in 4 workouts this week woohoo major goal for me

I have a lot of down time and gives me time to read my emails and articles and stuff but when the weekend gets here to busy at work to barely keep up with my food diary. LOL how are you doing? have you been staying on program? exercising? what one thing do you plan to do or try this week?
