My Goals:
My goasl are to loose 50lbs (no one told it would be so difficult)and maintain an average weight for my height of 5'1 as well as getting my bachelor in disability studies in CUNY schools
My Program:
My down fall is ice cream. at lease once a month I indulge in ice cream which add up to 5,000 colories. My plan is to subtitute Ice cream with different spark recipe exercise at least 3 times a week and to find a source od motivation that will keep me going.

My name is Gina, mother of 2 handsome boy ages 15 and 8. By the grace of God they are yealthy and respectfull young man. I love to read, sleep and communicate with love ones. My desire is to educate parents on becoming more involve in their kids daily life as much as possible by using everyday experiences as tools to teach life long lesson/habits.
