My Goals:
I am happy w/ my weight and the fact I dropped another pants size. my goal is to slowly lose 5 more lbs and just be healthy and have energy!!

My Program:
I am working on my endurance on the starimaster, plus walking on the treadmill and building my lower body strength.

Personal Information:
I am a california girl, who has 3 beautiful kids, a husband and a peki-shiu dog named mocha.

Other Information:
Love to read bookd that make me think about life like the city of ember series. Favorite movie is "a league of their own". Love 80's music, especially now that it's back!

Hey, thanks for asking. School is going good, crazy busy like always. But I am trying to make time out of my busy schedule to look after myself as well. I always aim for at least 7 hours sleep, get up in the morning for a workout, and try to make healthy choices at meal hall. It's an ongoing battle though. Hope everything is well with you.

Hi Mocha, I am going to three classes a week... only been there 3 weeks but..... I am keeping up with the people who have been walking so I walk three to five miles with someone 2 twice a week and sometimes more .... Just depends.. but my personal volunteer coach has family problems but she will be back.. So far love it.
