hey, how are you doing? i feel like i am starting to get stagnant when it comes to tracking food. i'm making better choices, and working out more, but actually tracking my intake is difficult. its kind of a hassle to write down calories for everything, for every meal. but i guess that's what i have to do... no more making excuses... what about you, how have you been? 2012 days ago
i've been working out on our new exercise bike. don't really know what it's called. but it's a work out. my eating has been slightly sporadic. my appetite seems to have gone down a lot, so i'm definitely not eating that much. but once dinner time comes it's hard for me to get on here and track. i need to get back to logging it in my book and then making sure i log everything the next day.
