I have been with SparkPeople since April, 2006 and I reached my goal and now I have regained some of those lost pounds. So it is time for me to get back on track and lose them before I regain all that I have lost.

My goals are to:
1. Reach my healthy range and maintain it: 155 - 160
2. lower and maintain cholesterol levels
3. lower and maintain blood pressure levels
4. monitor and control blood glucose
My program will consist of the following components. I will:
1. develop a balanced meal plan and monitor the number of calories eaten daily
2. create and adopt a physical activity program that will burn calories, build strength, and muscle.

I enjoy reading mystery books especially true crime. My favorite authors are Mary Higgins Clark, Karin Slaughter, and Ann Rule.

Oh, yes, Invictus..... one of the best. Problem is as women, we often don't have charge of our own soul....."You're a girl, you can't do that." But, let's hope young women today learn. I talked to my DD from the time she was born, but still she ended up with a kid at 21 and now a second one due in April and she's just 23. She finished 2 yrs of college, but sure didn't wait to do for herself like I wanted her to do.

We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health in fact, we encourage exercise of some sort or another.
This help to keep the heart rate up and the blood flowing through our bodies.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.
