Well today is the end of another month (March). Take time today to Reflect back on March... Did you meet your goals? Are there goals you need to change? Goals you need to continue? Did you have to high of standards? After Reflecting take time to Motivate yourself for April... What are your new goals? Are there goals you are going to continue? Goals you gonna change? Are you going to lower your standards so that you do not fail?
My Goals for April include... Getting back into a Routine/Getting back on track; Giving myself ME TIME again; Refocusing/Remotivating. My goals for this coming week is to exercise 3 times this week other than taking Casey for a walk and to give myself ME TIME 2 times this week. I am going to look into going to a Spa and receiving a Massage. I deserve it after all I have been going through. It may be just what I need to get back on track!!!
