Time to get it going
I got a good look at myself in a full length mirror, and decided it was time to get real. I need to work on loosing the weight not just sitting around complaining that I can't lose even one pound. I realize that I need positive motivation to reach my goal. And once in awhile a kick in the pants to keep myself moving. Last year at work we did a goal of 10,000 step and I was able to lose 30 pounds. I have gotten away from that goal and have decided to get back to it, since it was an easy thing. ...

I realize that I need positive motivation to reach my goal. And once in awhile a kick in the pants to keep myself moving. Last year at work we did a goal of 10,000 step and I was able to lose 30 pounds. I have gotten away from that goal and have decided to get back to it, since it was an easy thing. I did not have to sweat or have special equipment. Plus with my pedometer I could see how much was done and how far I still had to go for the day. This year is going to be great!!

My Goals:
is to get back to pre-baby weight by the end of the year.
My Program:
I will be working up do my 10,000 steps daily, starting with 5,000 and adding a 1,000 every other day til I hit the 10,000. Then I will make sure that five days a week I make my 10,000 step goal. I will have a calendar that I can check off the days I reach my goal.
Other Information:
I love doing things outdoors; hiking, biking, fishing and camping.
