I am 44 years old. I really want to lose weight this year. I just weighed in at weight watchers today 5/1/2013 i am going to weigh in every Saturday for the next 18 months so that will be 78 weigh in days. my plan is from today until 5th july 2014 i am going to really try these next 18 months and do this thing. I weighed in today at 104.1 kilo or 230lbs so i am going to lose at least .5 every week and that will lose me 39 kilo in 18 months. I am starting up my embroidery business today working 4 hours a night so i will see where i am in 18 months time. Well today is the 28/11/2013 i decided today i am going to do something about my weight and get serious 11 months have gone by and i haven't really lost anything i am weighing 104.1 today. In these next 11 months i am going to try really hard at it and achieve it.

Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. My goal is to be healthy. I see all the people in the weight loss books and they look so good when they have lost the weight they were carrying around. I will be so happy to lose weight.


My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I am going to walk an hour in the mornings everyday and if i'm good going to get in three walks a day from Wednesday 3/10/2012
