I stay home with my girls and that about sums it up. Once upon a time I thought I was in pretty good shape, softball and being outside has that effect. But, as I got older, married and had a couple of kids, my time seemed to keep getting thinner and thinner. Then I figured out that I've really just been using that excuse for too many years and decided to do something about it. This is the first step.
