It's a wild, wonderful, crazy, chaotic life . . .

And I am trying to learn how to embrace that. My life feels like a mess right now, but the truth is, it's a beautiful one. I am also working on not losing sight of that. I have two baby girls, a fifteen-month-old and a three-month-old. I want to be as healthy as I can so I can be the best mom I can.

My Goals:
My main goal is to feel and be healthier. I want to have more energy and breathe better and to put more into and get more out of life.

Starting SMART goals:

- 8 glasses of water minimum daily
- 2-5 fruits and vegetables minimum daily
- 10+ minutes of activity minimum daily
- journal writing each day
- goal weight of 200 by June 1st and 175 by the end of the year

My Program:
- Make smart, healthy food choices, eating less processed foods and more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.
- Be deliberate about healthy activity.
- Get out there and enjoy life and make the most of it!
