Hi Minieto, I got off track a bit with my weight loss. I did lose 18 lbs for my 30th birthday, but my goal was 23lbs. I'm back on track now. Eating healthy and going to the gym after work. My weekness used to be cardio, but now I look forward to it after a stressful day of work. I'm an emotional eater, but if I watch the clock and make sure I eat every 2-3 hours, I tend to stay on track.
I wish I had the opportunity like you did, to go abroad and discover yourself. Go for you, for doing so. It must have been an awesome experience.
