Choosing to Lose!!

I am here to change my life. Little by little I am gaining control over it.
I am a Clinical Massage Therapist. It is gives me an appreciation of the human body and pushing me to get healthier.

I enjoy walking, reading, collaging, crocheting, jewelry making, camping and traveling. I hope to one day enjoy more active things like jogging, rock climbing, and hiking.

My Program:
I will eat using the GI as my guide and place healthy bright food options, enjoy my food by slowing down to eat at a proper pace. Learn new recipes. Drink water regularly. Exercise more than 2x wkly. Track my food choices.

When the cravings arise to eat I will endeavor to surround myself with healthy food options and place priority on exercising in a balanced view.

I will write in my blog no less than 2 x wkly to express what I am encountering emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Continually update my inspiration journal.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving such a lovely comment. I learned several years back that it's my choice when I wake up each morning to either have a good day or a bad day. By taking back my power of choice, I have found that my attitude has changed, my life has changed and I'm learning to love myself.
