Moment to Moment
I've had food issues for as long as I can remember. Once and for all, I'd like to lose the extra weight and learn how to eat right without obsessing, bingeing or starving or dieting. I'd like to enjoy my food, eat when I'm hungry and learn how to live so that food does not rule my life. I have a young daughter and I think now is the time to get healthy - for my sake and for hers. I don't want to pass these habits on to her. I know I can do this! MY FAVORITE BOOK ...

MY FAVORITE BOOK that has helped to change my life: "Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel By Changing The Way You Think" by Dennis Greenberger and Christine Padesky. My Goals:
For now, I am just going to say I want to try and stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise at least 90 minutes per week.
My Program:
I am currently following the SP meal plans. For fitness, I plan the following: Cardio - 30 minutes: 3 times per week Strength - 30 minutes: 2-3 times per week

I am from San Antonio, Tx and my email address is mmullin1966@hotmail.com. I am married for the second time with one daughter and four stepchildren. I work full time and life can be stressful but I rely on God to get me through!
Other Information:
Life is painful; suffering is optional (Sylvia Boorstein). I believe that attitude is everything and even those in the worst situations can find something to be grateful for. Life is a journey and we might as well enjoy the trip!
