Hello all! I am 26 years old and started working out in 4/2013. My weight loss journey has been up and down the last few years. I started out in April at 282.8 and I am happy to say as of right now I weigh 225! I still have a ways to go but I am happy to see the number dwindling. Would love to hear helpful hints on working out as it seems some things are starting to get repetitive and boring! Its making it harder to get in the mood to work out. Thanks!
