Hi! Thanks to the information and support of wonderful folks here on SP I lost 60 lbs a few years ago. I have since gained it all back plus some but in other ways I''ve become much lighter! I have left Thatman and am starting life completely over at the age of 45. Financially, it''s a little scary but emotionally I''m excited!! New apartment, new car and now a new life that includes a healthy lifestyle at the root of it all! Welcome to my journey. Hold on tight!

My Program:
I plan to get enough sleep each night so that I can dedicate 20 minutes of healthy movement to myself each day.

I will record all of my food each day in SP Nutrition Tracker (it REALLY helped me last time!)

Regain my addiction for water. I have too many cute water bottles that deserve to be seen lol

I was born in Portland, OR. Came of age in Oakland, CA and now I'm killing time in Omaha, NE until my youngest is grown.
