It's what I want!
Hi! I have fallen in love with this site! I have made some amazing lifestyle changes that are now habits within myself. I have a long way to go but I am learning to accept that slow and easy loses the weight. I need and want to lose 40lbs. It's been done before, plus some, so I know I can do it again! This time I won't allow life changes or stress to be the reason to lose sight of what's best for me :)

My Goals:
To lose 25lbs by the end of March 2012. To practice healthy selfishness. To bring my sexy back ;)
My Program:
I plan to get enough sleep each night so that I can dedicate 20 minutes of healthy movement to myself each day. I will record all of my food each day in SP Nutrition Tracker (it REALLY helped me last time!) Regain my addiction for water. I have too many cute water bottles that deserve to be seen lol
Other Information:
You're going to be a year older regardless... you may as well be a pound lighter, a class smarter, a dollar saved richer, another friend happier, ... when that year is up.
