Goal part one:
Get fit (130-135 range) by April 13 (vacation!)
Goal part two:
Maintain through October (best friend's wedding) to establish healthy habits.
.Find peace with my body.
.Strengthen knees, wrists, and shoulder to prevent future injury.
.Eventually become 90% vegan.
.Cut back on refined sugar, starch, yeast, alcohol.
.Take probiotics every day.
.Ride my bike everywhere, every day, and never take MTA again.
There's no real program. I am not on any diet, nor any fitness regimen. I do vinyasa yoga and i ride my bike. I eat mindfully. I make mistakes, but i am working on letting that be okay.
Some of my favorite authors/poets include: Lynn Emanuel, E. E. Cummings, Graham Greene, Etgar Keret, Richard Brautigan, and Alan Ginsberg.

I know what you mean about feeling like your online quite a bit, me too. I find the SparkPeople application for my phone useful because of this. I can track food whilst im at work, or add blogs whilst i'm travelling. I think sparkpeople is the best place for motivation! :) My family are great, but sometimes i don't feel like they fully understand what i'm trying to achieve. They see it as a diet, not a lifestyle change.
I love the food tracker feature most because you are able to visually see where your calories are coming from, and what areas you could change. More protein, less fat for example. Also, i didn't realise just how quickly calories could add up before I joined. The articles are great too :) I get lost in them a bit too much sometimes though! haha

The wedding shower was fun, if dangerous.... we had 16 cupcakes to taste test, and 10 wines..... happy party!
