I'm Michel. I joined spark people in the end of 2008 and a few months later I decided I could do it on my own and deleted my sparkpeople account. Who was I kidding? I'm now weighing in at my biggest. I'm a dental hygienist. I moved to Florida from Georgia in January of this year and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm Michel. I joined spark people in the end of 2008 and a few months later I decided I could do it on my own and deleted my sparkpeople account. Who was I kidding? I'm now weighing in at my biggest. I'm a dental hygienist. I moved to Florida from Georgia in January of this year and I'm loving every minute of it. Every weekend we have people visiting and every weekend I struggle with eating healthy while all my friends are eating bad because they are on vacation! I have no routine during the summers, because my front door seems to revolve constantly. I look forward to fall months when I can settle into a routine — not that I'm wishing summer away! It's my favorite! On the weekends I have been eating things like brownies, cookies, ice cream, fried fish, etc. while my only form of exercise is lugging my beach chair to the water or the occasional bike ride or swim in the pool. I need to get in a rhythm because I don't feel my best!

My Goals:
- Form a routine that includes mostly all sensible meals and staying within my nutritional ranges except for one day every week - most likely on a weekend because that is when it is hardest for me. - Do one form of exercise daily. i.e. biking, walking, swimming, jogging, kayak, or workout videos. - Track my food 6 days a week. - weigh 130lbs and then give myself a 5lb window to stay inside.
My Program:
lifestyle change - eat well. write it down. enjoy dessert occasionally. chose whole foods over processed. and if I eat a dessert, it has to be homemade. no sense in wasting calories on something that came from a factory. Exercise, but enjoy it. Make it fun so that it lasts a lifetime.
Personal Information:
I'm michel. 24 years old. married, no kids. live in navarre, florida. work as a dental hygienist. loves to bake (yikes), read blogs, read magazines, plan vacations (that i'll take eventually!) aunt to a beautiful little baby, amelia grace. no pets. love photography and do beach wedding photography on the side.
