Added 03/09/12: I really need to update my intro again. As of March 9th, 2012 (exactly 3 years since I started this journey), I have lost 100 pounds! I love SparkPeople, though I've been neglecting it lately.



I have been a member of SparkPeople for two and a half years. Because of SP, I have managed to lose 90 pounds. I've been stuck in a rut for the last year, though, and am ready to drop the rest of the weight and re-adapt to the lifestyle I had grown accustomed to during the successful portion of my time on SP.

Starting Weight, October 31st 2011: 177.8

WEIGHT LOSS GOALS
- 170 (100lb weight loss since March 2009)
- 160 (10% body weight loss)
- 145 (BMI under 25.0, considered a "normal weight")
- 135 (ultimate goal)
- 117 (minimum healthy weight for my height)


RANDOM GOALS:
- Wear Preston's work shirt (ACHIEVED 6/16/09)
- 10% body weight loss (ACHIEVED 6/22/09)
- BMI less than 40.0 (ACHIEVED 7/20/09 and 8/10/09)
- Wear engagement ring (ACHIEVED ?/??/??)
- Wear size 18 pants (ACHIEVED 1/30/10)

My Goals:
My overall goal is to weigh 135 by my 1st Anniversary, which is May 18th, 2012.

My current goal is to weigh 177, which is my prepregnancy weight with Benjamin.

My next goal is to weigh 175, which is my prepregnancy weight with Brandon.


My Program:
I'm counting calories, eating healthier foods, and trying to get outside at least once a day, whether it's rigorous activity (walking, biking) or family time with the kids.

I work out at least 3 times a week.

Eventually I want to add strength training to my routine.

My ultimate fitness goal is to run a 5k and then train for a half marathon.
