My Goals:
1. Lose 50 lbs.
2. Eat 4-5 fruits/veggies per day
3. Exercise every day.
4. Stay within my calorie range
5. See food as fuel

My Program:
1. Walk on the treadmill 60 minutes 6 days a week.
2. Lift weights 3 times a week.
3. Ride my bike 3 times a week.
4. Be as active as possible.

Personal Information:
I am a wife of 27 years and a mom to 3 wonderful young adults, ages 24, 21 and 19. I spent 12 years homeschooling and am now retired. I am a christian with a strong faith and love for the Lord.

Other Information:
I love to read, read and read some more! I enjoy cross stitching, crocheting, Bible study, camping, watching movies, homeschooling, eating out, and spending time with my family.
