My Journey
My name is Michelle. I am 46 years old and about 40 lbs. overweight. Each day I am working toward a healthier me. It is a challenge for me to eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis. It does not come naturally to me at all. SparkPeople is teaching me how to eat healthier, watch my calorie intake, and learn to like exercise. The Lord is faithful, helping me through each day every step of the way.

My Goals:

My Program:
1. Walk on the treadmill 45 minutes 5 days a week. 2. Lift weights 3 times a week. 3. Hula hoop for fun.
Personal Information:
I am a wife of 25 years to my wonderful husband and a mom to 3 children, ages 22, 19 and 17. My oldest just graduated from college. My second just finished his first year at college and my third is doing dual enrollment at a community college and a little homeschooling too.
Other Information:
I love to read, read and read some more! I enjoy cross stitching, Bible study, camping, watching movies, homeschooling, eating out, and spending time with my family.
