Never give up. Never, never, never...
This is the mantra I that have in this journey. No matter how many times I stall, completely stopping is not an option. The tools to succeed are here and they are free for the taking. Life may get busy, I may get derailed from time to time, but I need to keep coming back. Since I started back on SparkPeople in early July 2012, I have been working to change how I view healthy living and how this impacts not only what I use to fuel my body and how much I exercise, but virtually every other aspect of my life. This is a process that renews itself each morning when I opens my eyes.

My Goals:
To make changes that are going to positively impact my health: eating healthier, exercising more, getting a good amount of sleep, reducing stress.
My Program:
Food: incorporating more fruit, veggies, calcium, and protein in my diet; tracking what I eat. Exercise: Just moving more! I have been recently introduced to Walking Away the Pounds, and I really like it. I also aim to do strength training three times per week.
