My Goals:
Overall goal is to get to a healthy weight. First step is to be active everyday even if its something small, as long as I am moving.

My Program:
logging my food everyday has always been a problem for me but SP has made it easy. I am alternating between my treadclimber, zumba and p90x to get my activity in

Thanks for the comment on my blog. That's one thing I don't understand about SP is . . . when you comment, I don't have a way just to say "like" or "thanks" without coming over here to your page (I don't think). I don't GET the community here . . . but truthfully, I haven't tried very hard.
