It looks like you are alot like me...struggling with consistency...and that's exactly what spark people has helped me with...it has helped me build consistent healthy habits...
So...good luck reaching your goals...and I'll pass on one more thing...the nutrition tracking has been key to me...It is more important to log the bad days than the good, because it helps me identify my problem areas & triggers (for me not enough sleep) and has often stopped me from really going overboard...It's also helped me to realize just how easy it is to consume too many calories...
