Hi,
I know the Beck and Potter Rd area very well - I used to have a co-worker that lived there. I'm also familiar with the Gunnar Metala park on Maple, if that's where you mean. I've been thinking about joining Curves in Commerce to help me be sure to get the exercise I need.

I used to work at the Beck Business Park, which is just before you go over 96 on Beck Rd. I live at Pontiac Trail and Maple, so we must be very close. I like to go walking most any time, but I am somewhat limited for distance since I had my back surgery. I'm hoping walking and possibly joining a club will help strengthen my back. Do you have some place specific that you like to walk?

Hi there MMALLEN06. I added you as a friend on my Sparkpage too. I noticed on the MI team that you live in Wixom. You're just a hop down the road from me. Maybe one day we can meet for a walk together. You can put your son in his stroller and away we'll go! LOL Provided he doesn't mind!
I also noticed that you are a memeber of the Food Network Fanatics. I hadn't discovered that team but I AM a FN fanatic myself. Perhaps that's why I'm in the shape I am. Lumpy.
