Transforming My Life

I am a former college athlete and I find myself with a back problem that is very unusual for my age. It has limited my physical activity. I can run from time to time and do yoga, but what it really means is I need to get back into my normal weight range by eating extremely healthy while doing physical activity. I am so ready for this change I cannot even tell you. I am so excited, but definitely need encouragment. Let me know if this is something you want to do with me!!

I like your idea of setting goal weights which is exactly what I did. Thinking of losing 50 lbs on day one was just too much for me. So, I went from my first goal, to my second, to my third, then on to my last goal weight which I had hoped to reach by my 68th birthday.

I reached it BEFORE my birthday and now am learning how to maintain this weight.
