Getting Motivated!!!

I've been maintaining my weight within a 4-5 lb. range since January, with a pretty irregular workout schedule, so that's something I'm proud of! Now I want to get on the bandwagon again and start toning up and getting some good cardio. I need some motivation!!!

I have a hard time not loading up on carbs when it's cold, and I think I need to break myself of my sweet tooth. That's what gets me into trouble. I like vegetables, I just need to make myself eat them more often. And as ...

I like vegetables, I just need to make myself eat them more often. And as much as I love fruit, I need to take a break from that too, to help with my sugar addiction. I am also working with the challenge of eating gluten-free and so when I don't have something ready to eat when I'm hungry, I fall back on things like potato chips, and I want to move away from that.

How did your yoga class go?? Were you nervous?

Your avocado pasta yesterday looked really good! Much better than my slimfast shake.

Your sister is making me eat too much. :D Kidding - she eats very well and I try to corrupt her. We did find one good thing last night though. Sonic - jr. candy sundae - you get it for $1 and you can get peanubutter cup, snickers, m&Ms or butter finger, ice cream and whipped cream. Only 160 calories! MMMMMMMM

We are going shooting tonight! Hopefully no one gets injured. emoticon
