Hey -

This is Mal*
I'm 24 and will be 25 next month. I'm married w/ no kids. I use to be extremely active. However, since meeting my now husband, I've put on about 40 pounds. My goal is to loose that 40 pounds! I originally wanted to do it by the 1st of April, but Spark People said that its not healthy, so I'm working towards the 1st of May.

I'm excited about the change of weather this Spring, because I know for sure I'll want to be out and about regularly. As ...

My Goals are:

To learn to cook healthy and great tasting food.

To loose 40 pounds

To make exercise, no matter to type or form, a weekly activity in my life

My Program:
My program may truly start on the 20th of February, right now I'm on a 40 day fast and it ends on the 20th. So although I can exercise, etc. I have to do it very rarely because I'm only eating one meal a day...My true program will be determined...

Hi again! I'd think that a meal replacement shake, no matter how blah-tasting would be a better alternative to juice, water, and broth, because it will have more of the nutrients your body needs. Maybe you could try going to some place like GNC and tell them what you're looking for. Or you could consider the blah-tasting shake part of your sacrifice in fasting. :)

thank you...try not to weigh yourself everyday...trust me it will drive you crazy...I now weigh in only once or twice a week
