Personal Information:
I'm a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati. I teach Spinning, Step, and toning group fitness classes at the rec center. I've been a Sparkpeople member for sometime, but never really got into the groove of daily tracking. I've realized I need a daily routine and that I need to be conscious of every choice I make. I am excited to start this journey and make the lifestyle changes I need to become the healthiest person I can be.
