Wanting my high school active lifestyle back!

I'm always feeling self-conscious about my looks now that I have gained about 30 extra pounds since starting college. I think it's time to stop complaining and do something about it! I am also getting married next June 2012, and I want to feel like a sexy and fit bride, and to be able to confidently wear my bikini on the beach! What a better way to be motivated then a wedding, right? I still need HELP!!!

They should have a like button on that person's page. Makes it much easier. lol I laughed when I read that! I actually will sign up sometime this weekend or this coming Monday because I can't even go for a few days. lol I have too much going on. It's almost 9pm and I'm just sitting down to dinner. Ugh. Didn't even get to work out again. I'm gonna lift some weights though...gotta do something! Did you get my goodie? Love having you has a workout buddy too! Have fun at the car show! :) I should have told you to join the Dandy Lions group so we could be partners this month. They have a buddy system. Well you could still join if you wanted and tell them you need a partner..but we are REAL LIFE buddies not computer buddies. lol Well actually I guess we are both! You wanna work out Monday? Let me know!

I live on the SW side too:) So that's cool!! Yeah we can work out together. Right now I just work part time and this week I'm working Thur-Frid. My kids will be at their dad's this weekend and my hubby is going out of town so I'll be all alone. lol That means plenty of time to work out! Let me know if you want to get started...tomorrow IS Sept 1st...great way to start the month off! Are you a member to any gyms? Right now I'm going to a tiny gym down the street that I paid for already but I could join another one...still debating.

Well, I'm eating a large Arby's curly fry, that's how I'm doing. :) I'm so horrible! I do good all day, but it's on my way home from work; I'm so stressed out from the damn rush hour that all I want is to eat something greasy or salty or something. I need to go grocery shopping to get more fruits and veggies. that's what I'm lacking right now. I have to wait til pay day on Friday before I can do that. I've been doing good with the gym; but that's because my b/f's going with me. So that helps motivate me. We can kind of put it each other up if the other isn't motivated. I'm gonna have to burn of this large curly fry at the gym tonight! I suggest, if you can go with a buddy, it definitely helps. You can help make each other accountable and that you made a commitment, and paid this much money to join this gym. So that def. helps me, or I should say, is helping me (this is only day 4 of the gym).
