1/10/11: I have not been faithful with my sparking and have gained weight. Life took a lot of changes and it has taken me some time to adjust. One of the biggest changes is having an empty nest. Went through a little depression but am finally learning to enjoy it. I was doing so good with my weight until I stopped sparking, I'm back and ready to go. I've missed my friends. I started a biggest loser competition at work on January 3 and still am not losing much weight so I finally realized that sparking needs to be a way of life.

Fitness Minutes: 8,907

My Goals:
To get to a healthy weight that I am comfortable with and maintain it.


My Program:
Mondays: ABS / at least 30 min cardio -AM : pm cardio if possible
Tuesdays: Chest, Shoulders, Back / 30 min. cardio -AM: pm cardio if possible
Wednesday: - off / walk at park if I feel like it
Thursdays: Quads/Hamstrings /30 min cardio -AM: pm cardio if possible
Fridays: Glutes, Calfs,Inner & Outer Thighs /30 min cardio -AM: pm cardio if I feel like it
Saturday: ABS / 60 min cardio
Sunday: Biceps & Triceps / 30-60 min of cardio



Personal Information:
I am from Western Pennsylvania. I am 41 years old and am married to a wonderful man - although hes not real supportive of my goals - im hoping the spark eventually catches. I have two great kids; a 21 year old son and an 19 year old daughter.


Other Information:
I am a Christian
I love to read
I love to ride horses although don't get to often
I am learning to golf and love it
I love gardening and then canning for winter
I love and I mean love the Steelers!
