My Goals:
I am recovering from knee surgery and am looking forward to getting back into the gym to work on cardio. My goal is to run a 5k by the end of 2008

My Program:
I have started counting calories. I try to stay between 1500-1700 calories a day. My big challenge is incorporating more vegetables at each meal.
