My Goals:
To lose weight and feel better!
My primary goal is to get below 300 pounds. My long (long long long) term goal is to get to 150.

My Program:
I try to eat fruits and veggies instead of snack crackers and chips. I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast so I'm not hungry later in the day.

I'm a college student so I walk from class to class, and I'm trying to take an additional walk every day.

Personal Information:
Second year college student double majoring in computer science and china studies.
