Mary Lou's Way to GOAL!

Having already lost 100 lbs over 2 years ago, I've been struggling with the last 15 ever since. I'm declaring right now that the 'struggle' is over and I'm just going to do it!!

Since my weight loss I've become a serious athlete in cycling and running and this year have added the third leg, swimming. I'm working with a swim coach and setting up some detailed nutrition plans to help with my fitness goals - and these will go hand in hand as I work to get lighter, fitter and faster ...

Using this site to more accurately track the nutritional info of what I'm eating. Rather than just points, for serious training I really need to know the distribution between Carbs/Fat/Protien
