Hi everyone! I'm Misty and I am 24 years old. During college, I gained about 15 to 20 pounds and quit exercising regularly. It is now time to change that! I know it is going to be a slow and steady process, but I am looking forward to changing my life for good.

My Goals:
My goals are to exercise at least 3 times a week, hopefully 4 or occasionally 5! I also want to have an active lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Those are really the goals, but because of them, I hope to get to about 140 lbs.

My Program:
I am eating more servings of veggies everyday, by taking some in my lunch to work. Bringing healthy snacks also helps me limit the junk food, if I need to munch. Workouts now get scheduled, just like meetings or time with friends.
