I'm Up to the Challenge

Is it time for the Winter Challenge already? I have been really lax over the last few weeks - went crazy making Christmas Cookies and have been coming home and sleeping instead of exercising. I am hoping that the Winter Challenge will get me back on track -- and tracking is a biggie for me. Breakfast and Lunch great. Supper -- so hard since my Husband cooks. But I'm going to try -- and the measuring cups and spoons will help.
Not sure which team I'll be on -- I'm spinning the ...

What is a Workout?
