Summertime, and the losing is easy

Another season, another 5% challenge.
I finally reached my 5% last time and hoping to again. I finally HAVE to buy new clothes. I finally seem to "get it"
I amtaking on the 28 day bootcamp challenge, too, to get myself doing some daily ST.
I am trying hard to make exercise my go to stress relief, not food. I do love to move-- just need to do it-- warm weather will help.

MLH148 Just signed up for a 93 miles in August challenge. And I don't like to fail!

Thanks for the goodie! Good luck with the race tomorrow. Last week W-Th-F I was on retreat and M-T this week I was at a conference. Challenging to me for both eating and exercising. I'm hopeful that I am "back on track" now... I went to the Y tonight and did the treadmill, the bike and the weights. I was literally the last one there when they turned off the lights!

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I just found the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans a week ago. I jumped right on the band wagon with the Squat Challenge. I think you can just jump in wherever you want. It appears they have different challenges the beginning of each month. The challenges are all posted so if you want to do a different challenge or more than one ( emoticon ) you can. Good Luck! emoticon
