Starting Fresh!

Here's the lowdown..I lost 30 lbs last year and plan to finish what I started!

So, a new year, a new me! I'm going to set several short term goals throughout the year so I can accomplish and maintain my long term goal. Here goes:

MY GOALS:
Goal #1 - 180 - September 8, 2012
Goal #2 - 175 - November 4, 2012
Goal #3 - 170 - March 3, 2013
Goal #4 - 165 - May 10, 2013
Goal #5 - 160 - September 6, 2013
Goal #6 - 155
Goal #7 - ...

Hey Girlie! It has been forever!! We have been having some computer issues... nad I have been avoiding the computer for the most part... in a total slump!! But... I am working on getting out of it and getting my booty back on track!! I have to!!

We have a friend here that is going to do a little weight loss competition with us... Me, him and Don... should be interesting!!

I love ya Em!! I miss ya!!

Congrats on the 6 lbs in a week.... what did you do to make it happen?

Hi! Thanks for dropping by my Sparkpage and sprinkling a little encouragement! It always surprises me when I find out that people actually read my blogs!

You are doing great too! I noticed that you are a Zumba girl as well. I have been taking a Zumba class for the past 9 months (twice a week) and I have no intention of stopping as it hardly seems like work at all but boy are the results great!

Hey, Em! Do you have a recipe for that Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich that Publix makes? I miss those and I can't remember exactly what's in them now. Maybe next time you go you can ask the deli department how they make the filling - what's in it? Maybe we can concoct a "low-cal" version of it without sacrificing the flavor...or maybe it's not very high in calories to begin with.
