    Thanks for the comment! I'm holding at 143.5 which is typical. Can't seem to break the 142 barrier very often but this week I'm determined. You're doing great! I haven't seen that app but I do have the SparkPeople app on my phone and I use that when I'm away from the laptop to enter what I've eaten and my exercise.

    How are you doing with keeping your sparkpeople goals? I am back on track and lost 2 pounds this week. I hate that it's ONLY 2 pounds but at least it's not a weight gain. I have to remind myself that each week at 2 pounds adds up to my goal quickly. Have you tried any of those Progresso Healthy Classic soups? They are a life-saver for me. 70 calories for 1 cup. Even if I want the whole 2 cups I only ate 140 calories and feeling full. I had that today with some multi-grain crackers and still have room for cheese or something. I also love how filling strawberries are and how low-calorie they are. I love strawberries!

    Wow! I can't believe I haven't commented in two years! At least I talked to you on the phone a few days ago. I DID weigh myself the other day and I need to lose 10 to get back down to my goal weight. I hate that. I wish I could remember more clearly how crappy I feel AFTER I've eaten that chocolate cake, you know? So I don't make the same poor choice the next time I'm tempted. Have you been keeping up on the exercise? I can't wait for spring to come so I can enjoy running outside more often.

    So I'm totally afraid to weigh myself. I haven't jogged for almost a whole month now and I haven't been limiting myself much in the way of food. Yikes! When I get home I'm going to be hitting the treadmill HARD. I think I'd like to train to run a half marathon by April. I'm feeling the spark again! I've been planning my meals (for when I get back home) and my exercise regime so it will be easier to stick to it this time. It's so hard for me from Oct 31st until Jan 1st. Too much chocolate to be had! Valentine's day better bring flowers instead of more candy.
