MLEE, thanks for stopping by my page. It's been an interesting and enlighting journey for me. It hasn't been easy but I don't regret it. I see we have a mutual friend in DRADISCH. Stick with her, she's fabulous! One piece of advice: Don't try to shed the weight too fast. I've taken my time. You've got to adjust your mind to weight changes, eating habits, clothing sizes and realize you're a different person. All those changes have to happen mentally and physically. Going from 255 to 180 doesn't mean you won't desire to eat the foods you like now, you'll just be able to find satisfaction with smaller amounts.

Hi, Yes being overweight really takes a toll on your body and self image. I am starting over once again, I had lost 70lbs and within the last year I have gained 20 of it back.
