I have a hard time talking about myself, but I will do my best.
I have been working on losing weight since 2004. When I started I join Weight Watchers. I had great success with the WW program. I started at 207lbs and lost 52lbs in about 6 months. I then had a one year old and a two year old and my marriage was going down the tubes. I lost focus on losing weight and being healthy. I did join LA Fitness for about 1 1/2 years and keep myself around 165lbs. Recently, I started gaining weight back I was up to 170lbs in May 2009. I knew then that it was time to take a better look at my life, eating habits and exercise. It's the best way to get healthy and to teach my kids how to have a good lifestyle. I am now down to 154lbs and I am working hard to make these changes a lifestyle change not just a temporary fix. I joined and joined Lifetime Fitness, this is going to help me realize how easy it can be to be healthy.

I love my life, my kiddos and my fiance and would like to be around for a very long time with them.

-workout at least 10 minutes every morning
-drink 8 glasses of water a day
-log in everything I eat (no matter what it is)
- to be honest with myself!

To do the best I can at establishing a healthy lifestyle!

I am 32 years old, I have two awesome kids, Skyler, my son who is 7 and, Parker, my daughter who is 6. I have a wonderful fiance, Michael, who is very supportive of my new lifestyle.

I love to read when I can find time.

My days mostly consist of work and practice for the kids. I have to squeeze in my workouts either at 5am or 1030pm depending on the day. It's hard to keep it up but I know that I can do it!!!!
