Marylou's Place to Be: Back in Black!

Working hard at a lot of things. I am a teacher of high school students and parent to 2 children (ages 13 and 10). I have lost 103 lbs in the past 2 years doing WW and working out. I work with a trainer once a week to set weekly work out plans.

I am on the down end (or the skinny end as my trainer calls it) of reaching my goal..problem is, I don't know what that is. I am a work in progress.

My Goals:
I would like to be a role model for healthy habits for my children.

I would like to lose another 40 lbs or so.

I would like to one day be called an "athlete."

My Program:
I stopped weighing in with WW once I exceeded the 100 lb loss mostly because of finances. I need accountability of someone watching so I returned back to Spark and joined some challenges. I train with my personal trainer every other week and follow the plans he makes for me for the following weeks.

Recently, I have been focusing in on things that will keep me motivated.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Watertown Ma but currently live way north in Haverhill Ma (on the NH border).

I teach special education at a charter high school.

I actually like going to spin class (don't tell my trainer: I accused him of trying to kill me when he suggested it back in Sept.)

Other Information:
I love to read and my favorite authors are Stephen King, Nora Roberts, and James Patterson.

I challenge you to 2 sets of 25 tricep dips and leg raises unless done yesterday ( 1 leg ST and 1 arm ST)
