I am trying to loose weight by changing my eating habits and making healthier decisions. I've always struggled with my weight. In the past 4 years I've slowly been making positive lifestyle changes and I've been trying to incorporate "real foods" into my diet. My overall goal is to lead a healthier life thru diet and exercise and obtain, then maintain my healthy weight.

I'm starting to keep track of what I eat. I am trying to plan ahead and choose healthy foods rather than quick, fattening alternatives. I am also committing to exercising regularly and getting fit.
