I am trying to loose weight by changing my eating habits and making healthier decisions. I've always struggled with my weight. I have 30 pounds to lose to get to my healthy weight and I'd like to get there by end summer 2009.

I'm starting to keep track of what I eat. I am trying to plan ahead and choose healthy foods rather than quick, fattening alternatives. I am also committing to exercising regularly and getting fit.
