Hey!

My name's Mo, and I'm trying to shape up a bit more and lose 10lbs.... I've been a "sparker" since Jan/08, and lost 18lbs, I've regained 6lbs and now am looking to get back to my lowest ever of 149lbs. I'm also trying to get lower than that for once and for all, and my ultimate goal is of 145lbs.

My Goals:
To lose the jiggle and replace it with metal... hehehe...

My Program:
I teach Spinning classes 4x/week, and do cardio on the elliptical the other 2days/week. Sometimes I run outside in the winter, but in the summer I cycle 25K/day and train for half-marathons, not sure if I will do a marathon but I'll keep running anyways :)

Other Information:
The key to failure is to try and impress everyone...
