no excuses weight loss

I can't tell you how many times I have tried to lose weight only to either lose a bunch of weight and gain it all back or quit before I really got started. All the fad diets and ridiculous supplements do not work, what it boils down to is a dedicated and concerted effort day in and day out that's going to get the job done.

Today I weight 268 pounds with a total body fat percentage of 43.6% I stand 5'7. My husband is right at 240 with a total body fat percentage of 27% and stands ...

The plan? it's simple

Power 90 in the morning
2 1/4 mile walk in the afternoon

three meals a day - Very limited white sugar, bread, and pasta lots of green veggies and tons of fruit coupled with lean meat.

We start tomorrow 03/19/2012...
