1. Trip to Argentina- my goal involved with this is to be at least the same weight/size I was when I left. Which means I have about 20 more pounds to lose by July 9th.
2. Beat my 5k time from last year (1 hour and 30 seconds).
3. Participate in 1-2 additional 5k races other than the one I sign up for every year.
Tracking my food, working out with a trainer twice a week, going to zumba classes, and training for a 5k!
I currently live in Fargo, ND where I work as a RN on the night shift.
Being overweight runs in my family (both immediate and extended) and I've been heavy for as long as I can really remember. I finally made the decision this summer that I needed and wanted to change. Time to make it happen!
