Get Moving!!!!!

I've had ups and downs with my weight for most of my life. I think a lot of us can say that. I'm 33 years old, and I've had it with feeling like a 2nd class citizen because I am overweight. My attempts at weight loss usually crash and burn. Sometimes it's in a couple months...sometimes a couple days. The big issue is staying motivated and accountable. The weight doesn't come off fast enough, or at all, and I get frustrated. I say I'll work out 5 days a week, but since no one is keeping track of ...

I say I'll work out 5 days a week, but since no one is keeping track of what I do but myself, I inevitably start to slack off. My way of thinking needs to change, or I will stay on this roller coaster for the rest of my life. Maybe I need to forget about losing weight, and focus on feeling good. Feeling good about myself, not being tired all the time, knowing I am making the right choices for my body. And most of all, I need to stop beating myself up when I make a mistake. That is a huge problem, and I think it is a huge detriment to anything positive I try to do for myself. So I am beginning my program yet again, but I am starting with a different mind set and different goals. I am going to do my best to make it work!

To lose 67 lbs by Easter 2013, which is March 31. Doing awesome so far!

My Program:
My elliptical machine is my main form of exercise, but I also take my 1 year old niece for walks on nice days, and I just started doing Zumba once or twice a week. And my sister in law and I have just started a couch to 5k program as well.
