Woke up one day Aug 18 and didn't recongize me in the mirror. That day I set a goal I will not be overweight by 50... now lets see if I can achive it. I've started on the Dr. Poon diet (my second attempt) and I hope this time I learn by staying ontrack and moving to Phase 3 which I have never done.
