My Goals:
I want to drop to 130 lbs, but along with that I want to drop 2% from my body fat.

My Program:
I have added strength training to help lose body fat. On Monday and Thursday I do lower body, Tuesday and Friday I do upper body, Wednesday and Saturday is for abs, and Sunday is my day off.

Personal Information:
In high school I was a dancer and cheerleader, now I can hardly run! So I want to lose weight, get in shape, and coach a local cheer squad.
